Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using TableGuru (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. The Service is operated by TableGuru from the United Kingdom.
2. Description of service
TableGuru provides a restaurant booking management platform including reservation management, floor plan editing, guest CRM, automated messaging, AI-powered insights, and an embeddable booking widget. The Service is available via web browser and as an embeddable widget.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Restaurant obligations
As a restaurant using TableGuru, you agree to:
- Honour confirmed bookings made through the platform
- Maintain accurate availability and opening hours
- Handle diner personal data in compliance with UK GDPR
- Not use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Pay subscription fees on time as agreed
5. Diner obligations
As a diner making bookings, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details for booking communication
- Honour your reservations or cancel within the cancellation window
- Accept that no-show fees may apply as set by the restaurant
- Not make fraudulent or abusive bookings
6. Payments and billing
Restaurant subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Deposits and no-show fees are collected on behalf of restaurants via Stripe Connect. TableGuru does not charge per-cover fees.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Restaurant subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Diner deposit refunds are governed by the individual restaurant's cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TableGuru and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your restaurant data and content uploaded to the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, TableGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
